Building a bridge between economic cultures
This project was undertaken in partnership with the economist Shamubeel Eaqub as part of an assignment commissioned by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. Its objective was to analyse the economic distinctions between Western and indigenous Māori cultures, with the two islands serving as exemplars of these disparities. Each component of the illustration delves into how each culture prioritises and acknowledges wealth in life.
